What is AutoPylot?

AutoPylot is KUBO’s innovative cultivation solution, using climate, light and energy data to help greenhouse operators grow more with less.

Less extensive crop knowledge is required for day-to-day climate control, as AutoPylot implements cultivation strategies based on analytical data rather than relying solely on experience and intuition. Less operational experience is required because numerous individual greenhouse settings are simplified into five key controls. Less manual oversight is required because key processes are clearly organised, structured and visualised. Finally,  AutoPylot reduces the time and effort required for day-to-day greenhouse management. Real-time insights and control algorithms replace experience and manual labour, supporting consistent and efficient crop production.

The operator defines the main cultivation objectives, while AutoPylot translates them into automatic climate adjustments.

Integration with the Ultra-Clima® greenhouse

AutoPylot is specifically designed to work with KUBO’s Ultra-Clima® greenhouses. Ultra-Clima® is a semi-closed greenhouse concept that enables precise climate control.

For each project, the KUBO team fine-tunes AutoPylot to the crop, growing strategy and operational requirements. The system is fully configured and tested so that it is ready for use when greenhouse operations begin.
