In the coming years, KUBO will focus on further developing the KUBO Full-Service Grow Concept (Total and turnkey solutions in combination with our Ultra Clima greenhouse). To provide an even better service to its growing (international) customer group, KUBO will continue exploring the market of businesses, start-ups and scale-ups. Through vertical integration and adding different forms of partnership, we can achieve added value for the entire chain!
ACQUISITION HAWE & SDF BY THE KUBO GROUP
2022 was all about acquisitions aimed at strengthening KUBO's position and commercial propositions worldwide. At the beginning of May 2022, KUBO announced the takeover of PDI (Peter Dekker Installaties), the biggest screen installer in the world. And in early June, KUBO acquired two more companies. These will continue as separate companies under the names HAWE Cultivation Systems and SDF Horti Software. These are important steps for KUBO, enabling it to respond to a market that is consolidating, professionalising and thus changing.

HAWE CULTIVATION SYSTEMS
Cultivation is the core of the operation. Since 1958, HAWE Cultivation Systems has been designing, developing and delivering cultivation systems for growers of today and tomorrow. Cultivation systems which boost production, save costs, improve labour conditions and ensure better crop quality. A new HAWE is confidently being established. The work positions are currently being analysed per unit. Where possible we will help and try to provide solutions.

SDF HORTI SOFTWARE
SDF Horti Software develops and produces operating software for your horticultural company.
