MKB Westland gets a unique behind-the-scenes look at KUBO Group

On Thursday, September 4, 2025, the members of MKB Westland gathered at the invitation of co-partner Canon Business Center (CBC) The Hague, at the impressive headquarters of KUBO Group in Monster for a unique event.

A look behind-the-scenes

Upon arrival, you could immediately feel the energy thanks to the beautiful, bright, and thoughtfully designed reception area, which seamlessly reflects the innovative DNA of KUBO Group. This company has been a global leader in high-tech greenhouse solutions for 80 years. What began in 1945 as a modest workshop called Kuiper & Boers on Choorstraat in Monster has grown into an international enterprise with three subsidiaries (PDI, HAWE, and SDF).

Beyond paper and toner

The central theme of the event was that modern printing solutions encompass far more than paper and toner. They form the backbone of security, efficiency, and reliability: secured documents, online management, structured archiving, and smart process support.

Dennis Mulder of CBC The Hague expressed this vision aptly:
“We demonstrate that today’s print & scan solutions go far beyond simply placing a device. It’s about creating a safe and efficient information environment, where entrepreneurs can work and grow without worry. We ensure that the right information is available at the right place at the right time.”

In addition to this in-depth focus, the program offered valuable networking opportunities: an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at KUBO Group, a company many knew by name and now had the chance to truly experience from within.

Word of thanks from MKB Westland

Board member Jennifer Fluitman of MKB Westland thanked the attendees on behalf of the board:
“Of course, everyone knows KUBO, but it was very special to actually be able to look inside. It was a unique glimpse into the operations of two of our members, and that’s what makes gatherings like these so valuable.”

The afternoon concluded in style with a networking reception, where conversations continued in a relaxed atmosphere. Both KUBO Group and CBC The Hague look back with pride and satisfaction on an event that was inspiring, connecting, and more than worthwhile in content.
